Nathalia Tchaikovsky is the Program Administrator at Beyond Legal Aid. She joins the organization with over three years of experience in the non-profit sector, her experiences go from working with immigrants and refugees to food equity and employment assistance. She is acquainted with volunteer management, cross-cultural competency, and program operations.
During her time in Psychology school, she volunteered at different Nonprofits and NGOs and also co-founded a social movement organization called Movimiento Ventana. This organization focuses on the promotion of mental health through workshops, community events, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and on-site events at the only public mental institution in the country. After graduating from university Nathalia immigrated from Nicaragua to the United States in the search of personal liberties.
Nathalia obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad CentroAmericana in Managua, Nicaragua in 2017.
Nathalia is excited to be part of an organization that places community partners and community members as protagonists of their story while building collaborative relationships through trust and vulnerability.
In her spare time, Nathalia enjoys volunteering, watching movies, and rock climbing.
