Jennifer Amy has held numerous executive HR and Talent Management executive positions across various companies over the past 20 years, consistently bringing a strategic focus on people development and organizational growth. In her most recent role as Global Vice President of Talent Management and Learning at Brinks, Jennifer led key initiatives in performance management, talent and succession planning, assessments, employee experience and culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement on a global scale. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving business performance by shaping comprehensive talent strategies, fostering employee engagement, promoting a positive organizational culture, and identifying and cultivating future leaders. Through her vision and expertise, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in positioning organizations like Brink’s for long-term success and growth.
Prior to Brink’s, Jennifer Amy was a Consultant at ACS and Willow Path Consulting and served as Global Organization and Talent Development Regional Leader at Sabre. In this role, she focused on working with C-Suite and Regional Leaders to drive global culture and transformation.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidad de la Empresa and a master’s degree in human resources and organizational development from UNINI.
Originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, Jennifer now resides in Flower Mound, Texas, with her husband Dario and their children Juan Ignacio and Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys sports and traveling with her family.
